To provide every client with the best possible experience, please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment. Booking an appointment indicates that you have read and agree to these policies.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your procedure.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit may be required to reserve a future appointment. 

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete the procedure. In this case, your deposit may be forfeited.

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.   

To maintain a calm, safe, and focused environment, only the client receiving the procedure is permitted in the treatment room unless prior arrangements have been made.

For the safety of all guests and to ensure an uninterrupted appointment, children may not accompany you.

Please notify us before booking if you are:

• Pregnant or nursing 
• Taking blood-thinning medications 
• Prone to cold sores (Lip Blush clients) 
• Using Accutane or have used it within the past 12 months 
• Have had recent Botox, fillers, laser treatments, or chemical peels 
• Have any medical condition that may affect healing 

Additional information may be required before treatment.

HM Lip & Brow reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when doing so is in the best interest of the client's health, safety, or well-being, or if a procedure is determined to be inappropriate.    

Because every client heals differently, healed color, pigment retention, and longevity will vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and other factors. While every effort is made to achieve your desired outcome, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
