Cancellations
Deposits are non refundable. A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling within that window results in 20% of your service being charged.
No call/No shows
No showing your appointment results in 50% of the service being charged, and you will not be able to book again in the future.
Arriving late to your appointment
Your appointment starts and ends at the time that it is scheduled. Please be on time to your appointment to ensure full service time. The amount of the service does not changed based on your arrival time.
Children in the studio
We do not allow children in the studio or service rooms. Please schedule your appointments around your childcare.
Bringing guests
We ask that you refrain from bringing guests to your appointments.
Animals in the studio
We love animals but we do not allow any pets in the studio.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any service.
Gift cards
All policies apply to gift cards.
